Attendees of the Eastern Area Conference want to learn about the latest products and services in corrosion prevention and mitigation. This gives exhibiting companies the opportunity to showcase how their products and services can be effective in assisting with these concerns.

Exhibit fee includes:

  • Table top exhibit space* (includes one 6’ ft table and two chairs)
  • 1 full conference registration
  • 1 tent card displaying your company name
  • Company name listed on floor plan located on conference web site

Additional booth attendant may register for the full conference registration fee of $200.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment is due at the time of contract submission. If you request to be invoiced, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. After 30 days of the invoice date, your pre-selected booth space will be forfeited without full payment. You will be required to select another booth space when payment is received. All unpaid booth spaces will remain in "reserved" status until full payment is received. Contracts received less than 30 days prior to event must be paid in full at the time of contract submission.

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. Paid and guaranteed exhibitor booth registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 15 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total exhibit space fees; including booth attendant registrations. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the event begins. If the conference is cancelled due to Federal, State, or local regulations, exhibitors will receive a full refund.

Eastern Area Trivia - $300 (Minimum of 3)

The Eastern Area Trivia Sponsorship will feature sponsoring companies, fitting onto (1) Trivia card, which will be provided to attendees at registration. Trivia cards will be produced to include all co-sponsoring companies. Prizes will be drawn during morning break sessions.

Benefits include: 

  • Company logo and booth number on each Trivia card and option to ask (1) trivia question (approximately 200 cards will be printed and distributed at registration). Production is included
  • Sponsor to provide raffle drawing prize. Must be approved by NACE by September 8, 2021
  • Recognition as sponsor on "Thank You" signage at event and Final Program (confirmation by September 8, 2021)

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment must be received with the booking form to secure the event sponsorship. Without full payment, NACE will not guarantee nor hold the event sponsorship.

All requests for cancellation of an event sponsorship must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed sponsorships cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days in advance of the event will receive a 50% refund of the total sponsorship fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the scheduled event. Sponsorships are nontransferable.
